Kanadeviainova in Bolzano, Italy, seeks an experienced engineer to lead executive and detailed design of energy plants, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, regulations and company directives.

You will manage the project engineering team to achieve project goals, coordinate with customers, consortium partners and authorities, and drive concurrent engineering with Discipline Engineering while preparing design calculations and purchase specifications.

Competenze

• Engineering degree in civil, mechanical, energy or environmental field and minimum 3 years in energy, renewables or environmental tech.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors and materials.
• Experience coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members.

Your responsibilities

• Responsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives
• Manages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Oversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.
• Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering
• Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
• Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards

Your experiences

• Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years' experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
• Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
• Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
• Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
• Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities. Additional languages are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 55000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
