Un'agenzia per il lavoro sta cercando un Engineering Manager da inserire nel proprio team nel settore dell'energia rinnovabile. La figura avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di ingegneri di progetto, garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi mentre supervisione del design di progetti fotovoltaici. È richiesta una laurea in ingegneria, almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di progetti di energia rinnovabile, e competenze pratiche in AutoCAD e altri strumenti. La posizione offre un contratto permanente con flessibilità per visite presso i progetti.

Competenze

• Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti di energia rinnovabile.
• Conoscenza delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza nel settore dell'energia rinnovabile.
• Fluenza in inglese (scritto e parlato).

Mansioni

• Supervisionare il team di ingegneria e monitorare i progetti rinnovabili.
• Definire strategie e specifiche ingegneristiche.
• Garantire la scadenza e il budget dei deliverable ingegneristici.
• Fornire supporto tecnico alle attività di costruzione.
• Gestire le riunioni di approvvigionamento con fornitori e appaltatori.

Engineering Manager

Reporting to the Head of Engineering and Construction of the renewable energy business (principally focused on Photovoltaic Projects, Utility Scale and C&I), it is responsible to coordinate a team of project engineers and technical specialist, ensuring targets in terms of HSE, Quality and Performance, and maintaining times and costs aligned to the assigned goal. Additionally, the Engineering Manager will work together with Sales Unit and O&M for any technical aspects before the start of the Constructive Design Activities and after the project’s completion and the delivery of the project to the Client.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering Team composed by Project Engineers and Technical Specialist, leading and monitoring renewable project’s design (mainly Photovoltaic Parks) during all project’s phases, from the Technical Economical Offers until the Project’s Energization, and ensuring all designs meet Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
• Define the right strategy to execute design activities, establish and update engineering specifications, implement methodologies, process and tools to support the project’s engineering activities, hiring and motivate Project Engineers, Technical Specialist and external support (where needed).
• Ensure project’s engineering deliverables are completed on time, and within budget, with high quality Standard.
• Support the Project Engineers in their daily on-site activities on project:
• Technical / economical offer preparation in coordination with Sales Unit ensuring the uniformity, coherence and consistency of the projects with all the stakeholder’s requirements.
• Technical Specification definition for the procurement of equipment and works.
• Plan and control the execution and physical progress of the executive and constructive design through the coordination of external services and internal resources.
• Provide technical support to the construction and O&M activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement meetings with supplier and contractors, evaluating long term agreement on engineering services to maintain flexibility and scalability of the Engineering Activities.
• Technological Scouting to continuously propose technical innovation and ensure project’s feasibility, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Engineering.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing technical design of Renewable Energy Projects, and Interconnection’s Design, with a proven track record on Solar and Storage projects.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of renewable energy technical regulations and safety standards. Excellent application of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
• Soft Skills: Team Management, Leadership, Good Team Player, self-starter, problem solving and decision making, target oriented, excellent communication skills, high level of organization and time management.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal), other language will be an advantage.
