NextGenEnergyJobs in Milano is seeking a Project Engineer with 1-3 years in the oil & gas sector to review orders, confirm scope, and coordinate engineering and drafting activities.

You will ensure on-time deliverables, manage budgetary changes with customers and suppliers, and coordinate QC and technical/commercial communications across internal teams and external consultants.

Competenze

• B.S. degree or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the oil&gas sector.
• Results-driven with business acumen and strong decision-making.
• Fluency in Italian and English (speaking, reading, writing).

Mansioni

• Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
• Confirm equipment selection and design; perform/coordinate required disciplines.
• Coordinate drafting activities to ensure drawings are completed on time.
• Review customer mark-ups, clarify comments, and instruct drafting as to disposition.
• Ensure costs stay within budget and manage changes with customer and suppliers.
• Coordinate Quality Control Department of customer/job specifications.
• Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job.
• Communicate with Customer, end user, sales reps, and outside consultants.
• Coordinate written advice and commercial resolution with Customer on scope changes.
• Notify Accounting when billings are sent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation. Confirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines. Coordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time. Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition. Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers. Coordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications. Coordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with the Customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants. Coordinates written advise and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supply. Notifies Accounting Department when billings are to be sent. Perform other related duties as assigned. Some of these duties may include: 1. Site or shop trips 2. Design activities 3. Support to the sales and application engineer

Requirements
