Zeeco seeks a driven professional to lead flare project execution from scope to shop release. You will coordinate drafting, manufacturing, and technical/commercial communications to ensure on-time delivery within budget in a dynamic international environment.

The role requires reviewing designs, managing changes, and liaising with customers and internal teams to meet specifications. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with strong Excel/Word skills and cross-functional collaboration.

• Drive flare project execution from scope to shop release.
• Coordinate drafting, manufacturing and technical/commercial communications.
• Review designs, manage changes and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Establish and track job cost budgets with Sales and cost specialists.
• Maintain delivery schedule across drafting, purchasing, manufacturing and QC.
• Coordinate pre-ordered materials to meet delivery timelines.
• Create invoices via Excel.
• Ensure ITP requirements and QC details are met.
