Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee team structure, drive programme strategy, and maintain strong client and consultant relationships across a high-tech facilities portfolio.

• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects in a senior leadership capacity.
• Experience leading large-scale mission-critical developments.
• Demonstrable track record managing major CAPEX programmes from inception to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, contracts and project controls.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centre projects in a senior leadership capacity.
• Previous experience operating as a Project Director, Programme Director, Project Executive, or Senior Project Manager on large-scale mission-critical developments.
• Demonstrable track record managing major CAPEX programmes from inception through to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing complex budgets, contracts, and project controls.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills.
