Fulkrum Technical Resources Ltd in Milan is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our global inspection and QA/QC services team. You will coordinate QA/QC and engineering personnel, source candidates, liaison with clients, and ensure timely invoicing documentation.

This role requires strong knowledge of ISO standards, offshore/onshore oil & gas project experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while upholding safety and quality policies.

Our Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum’s QC personnel to meet client needs while ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting invoicing processes, maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012, and ensuring impartiality and traceability in inspection activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in onshore and offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong experience in inspection coordination
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.

All personnel are briefed on Fulkrum’s Health & Safety policies during onboarding. You’ll be responsible for ensuring site-specific HSE instructions are provided to inspectors and for reporting any incidents to the QHSE Manager.
