Jobtailor is seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end deployment of Signavio, ensure production stability, and coordinate with IT, security, and business teams to design governance, roles, and lifecycle processes.

You will configure platforms and access controls, implement integrations with ERP and reporting tools, develop training and knowledge resources, manage vendor relations and licensing, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum high school or equivalent; bachelor’s strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in relevant work experience; 5+ years leading SaaS deployment programs.
• Demonstrated experience with Signavio or similar BPM platforms.
• Strong understanding of integrations (APIs, webhooks), IAM, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with IT service management (incidents, changes, SLAs) and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experience building training materials.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Signavio (config, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live support).
• Own production stability and day-to-day support (incident triage, RCA, SLA tracking).
• Collaborate with process owners, IT, security, and business teams on governance and lifecycle processes.
• Configure platform settings, libraries, templates, repositories, and access controls.
• Design and implement integrations with ERP, identity, and reporting tools; coordinate with IT.
• Develop training, adoption programs, playbooks, and user enablement materials.
• Manage Signavio vendor relationships, licensing, roadmap alignment, reviews.
• Measure KPIs (uptake, availability, time-to-resolution, coverage, compliance).
• Drive continuous improvement via user feedback and release coordination.
• Supervise and coach direct reports and contractors supporting deployments.
