Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Growth Deployment Specialist in Trieste to translate global growth strategies into integrated plans across channels and markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and develop end-to-end deployment roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing or growth, strong governance and project management skills, and a deep understanding of omnichannel journeys and CRM ecosystems.

Competenze

• 7+ years in marketing, growth, or consumer experience roles.
• Strong planning and deployment management skills to turn strategy into execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Solid project/program management experience including governance and risk management.
• Solid understanding of consumer journeys and omnichannel marketing.
• Experience using performance dashboards and KPI reporting for decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing tech ecosystems (CRM, CDPs, automation).
