DXC Technology in Lombardia seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex initiatives across business units. You will plan, execute, and monitor programs, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

You will partner with stakeholders, identify risks, and report status regularly while mentoring team members. The ideal candidate brings PMP/PgMP is a plus, 7+ years in program management, and a continuous learner mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in program and project management
• Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
