Apex Companies cerca un Professionista topografo e mapper per guidare progetti di rilievo e mapping, con responsabilità di gestione progetti, preparazione dei rilievi e contatto con i clienti. La posizione richiede esperienza di supervisione di squadre sul campo e in ufficio, almeno 5+ anni nel settore, conoscenza di rilievi di confine, ALTA, progettazione e vincoli, nonché capacità di lavorare in team.

La licenza Florida PSM è richiesta o la possibilità di ottenerla; patente di guida Florida

Competenze

• Esperienza nella supervisione di squadre in campo e in ufficio.
• 5+ anni di esperienza in rilievi e mappature.
• Conoscenza di rilievi di confine, ALTA, progettazione, staking e titoli.
• Competenze di project management per pianificare i progetti e comunicare con i clienti.
• Capacità di lavorare in team; esperienza sul campo è un plus e capacità di sollevare 50 libbre.
• È richiesta o la possibilità di ottenere la licenza Florida P.S.M.
• Patente di guida Florida valida.
• La sponsorship non è disponibile ora né in futuro.

This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

Your Responsibilities as a Professional Survey & Mapper:

• Project management
• Survey Preparation
• Communicating with clients
• Mentoring staff
• Assistance with business development efforts

What we're looking for:

• Experience in supervision of field crews and office technicians in the process of completing survey projects.
• 5+ years of experience with surveying and mapping projects.
• Knowledgeable in preparation of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, design surveys, construction staking, platting, and title commitments.
• Project management skills for scheduling completion of projects and communicating with clients are preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team. Field experience a plus with the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• A successful candidate will be flexible and willing to work on a variety of projects.
• An active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license is required or the ability to obtain a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license.
• A valid Florida driver's license and an excellent driving record are required.
• Sponsorship not available now or in the future.
