Cummins Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate production equipment and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the shop floor. You will follow standard work, perform inspections, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires basic experience in manufacturing, adherence to HSE policies, and teamwork to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or shop floor environments preferred.
• Export controls/compliance licensing may be required.

• Health, Safety & Environmental: stop work if hazards arise and report injuries; follow PPE guidelines.
• Quality: follow standard work, document processes, perform inspections, identify non-conforming material.
