Aditi Consulting is seeking a capable Production Workforce Lead to drive CI-driven safety, quality, and efficiency improvements on the shop floor. You will coordinate wage staff, ensure proper training, and align teams with production plans.

Responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives, supervising performance, and maintaining a collaborative, policy-compliant work environment across shifts as needed. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with CI and wage/union employee policies.
Experience leading a union workforce and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ensure personnel have training, work instructions and tools to perform their job.
