FUCHS LUBRICANTS CO. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Italy.

You will coordinate production activities, drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity improvements, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the plant. You will develop people, optimize processes, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to meet ambitious business objectives in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Production/Manufacturing/Operations Management.
• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and performance management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production activities, ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.

You will play a key role in developing people, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets and operational KPIs.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor production performance and implement actions to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality and HR to support business objectives.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems.
• Develop, coach, and motivate production teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and workforce flexibility.
• Manage production risks, operational challenges, and changing business priorities.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
• Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and operational performance management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading operational transformation or digital manufacturing projects.
