Bolton is seeking a Production Development Specialist for its Nova Milanese, Italy plant to drive capital investment projects and lead process development within Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty. You will work with the engineering team to improve assets, ensure safe operation, and align with business goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Chemical/Industrial Engineering with 1–3 years in project management or industrialization in FMCG or manufacturing.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.

• Manage capital investments for plant assets and capex projects.
• Lead process development activities to improve efficiency and manufacturing performance.
