Adecco Italia S.p.A. cerca un/una stagista per il ruolo Production Cycling - Intern nel settore pneumatici, inserirsi nel team di produzione e supportare il tutor nelle attività quotidiane.

Il candidato plurilaureando o neolaureato in ingegneria gestionale acquisirà competenze su componenti, KPI, pianificazione e logistica, con una forte attenzione al miglioramento continuo. Richieste: buona conoscenza dell’inglese (C1) e uso di Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• Laureando o neolaureato in ingegneria gestionale.
• Ottima comunicazione scritta e orale in inglese (C1).
• Competenze informatiche: uso di Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Comprendere componenti e aspetti critici nella produzione di pneumatici.
• Produzione di report per riassumere i KPI principali dai dati di produzione.
• Supporto operativo alla produzione e monitoraggio pianificazione e logistica.

The candidate will work within the production team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
• Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
• Operationally support production and monitor its planning and logistics.

Requirements

• Graduating student or recent graduate in management engineering
• Soft Skills: Interest in manufacturing, pro-activity, flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1)
• Technical skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
