Sun Chemical, based near Milan in Italy, seeks a Specialist Safety Product to manage documentation for product safety and regulatory labeling. The role interfaces with the EMEA Regulatory Affairs team and production units to ensure accurate hazard labeling and up-to-date safety data sheets for customers.

You will contribute to compliance with Italian laws and international standards, support the SAP and MS Office systems, and travel occasionally to client sites.

Qualifications

• Interact with the EMEA Regulatory Affairs Team on Italian/European regulations for safety data sheets and labeling.
• Maintain hazard labeling accuracy across production units to ensure compliance.
• Ensure safety data sheets are shared with customers and regularly updated.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product safety compliance.
• Monitor and apply Italian and EU chemical safety requirements and labeling standards.
• Travel to customer sites occasionally as needed.
• Maintain and organize the raw material safety data sheet archive.
