Safilo Group S.p.A. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the evolution of our B2B eCommerce platform within the Digital Customer Experience team.

You will own the backlog, define the roadmap with business stakeholders, and lead product discovery to translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will work closely with development teams, tech leads, and UX designers, coordinating Agile ceremonies and ensuring business value is delivered through iterative releases.

• Experience with complex digital products or CRM/B2B eCommerce platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Own and manage the product backlog aligned with priorities and strategy.
