Job summary

CROSS SOLUTIONS, part of a pan-European tech group, is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to define the product vision and build a sustainable roadmap for CRM and AI-powered capabilities. You will gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align priorities, delivering measurable value and user adoption.

We offer autonomy and a 4-day week, with total compensation listed between €39,000 and €54,000, plus performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Experience with CRM products; Marketing Automation is a plus.
Strong backlog prioritization and product-delivery in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Define, manage and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities.
Drive the product vision and support strategic initiatives, including AI-powered capabilities and CRM evolution.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Partner with Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align priorities and ensure consistency across products and initiatives.
Monitor, analyze and improve product KPIs, focusing on adoption, engagement and business value.
