PNO Digital in Rome seeks an experienced Product Owner to bridge business, users, and technical teams. You will gather requirements, shape product direction, and ensure delivery of user-centric software solutions.

This central role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and collaboration across multiple business and tech units. Hybrid work with some onsite presence in Rome; salary range advertised.

Competenze

• 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in software/digital environments.
• Degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science/Statistics or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and highly structured approach to problem solving.
• Solid understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and UX principles.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
• Experience with Agile tools and methods (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
• Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.
• On-site availability 1–2 days/week in Rome.

You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, internal users, and technical teams, gathering requirements, shaping product direction, and ensuring effective delivery.
