ABB's Distribution Solutions Division in Dalmine seeks a Product Marketing Specialist for Electrification – ELDS. Based in Dalmine, you will rotate across Medium Voltage Switchgears and Grid Components teams to implement marketing strategies and support Sales with product knowledge.

You will define value propositions, manage annual marketing plans, and drive orders while focusing on improving NPS. The role requires Italian and English communication and a readiness to travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Energy/Electrical/Industrial preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong teamwork.
• Advanced knowledge of Office; Excel in particular.
• Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural team.
• Italian and English proficiency, written and spoken.

• Implement the product marketing strategy in the assigned area, defining value propositions and positioning.
• Achieve marketing targets and budgets; oversee progress and implement improvements.
• Drive orders and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) through marketing actions.
