Loacker is seeking a Marketing & Services Category Specialist for a parental leave cover in Auna di Sotto, Italy. The role centers on supporting procurement processes, supplier collaboration, and category governance to ensure reliable operations.

Job description

For a parental leave cover, we are looking for a Marketing & Services Category Specialist. In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping our procurement processes and, together with the Procurement team, ensure efficient and reliable operations. You will support the entire purchasing process, from purchase order management to collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordinate and execute operational procurement processes within the Marketing & Services category
• Support and manage Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders
• Assist the Category Manager in supplier selection, sourcing activities, and contract management
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on purchasing and payment-related matters
• Support the monitoring of budgets, KPIs, and procurement analyses
• Maintain procurement, supplier, and material master data while ensuring high data quality
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial/business education; initial experience in procurement is an advantage
• Structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of German and Italian; English skills are a plus

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,300 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
