Philips in Genoa seeks a Product Leader to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of Vue PACS serviceability and supportability. You’ll work with Radiology Informatics to translate customer and market needs into actionable requirements and business cases.

This role enables deployment velocity, system health visibility, and proactive monitoring across R&D, regulatory, and commercial functions.

• 3+ years in Product Management or related leadership roles.

In this role, you define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of serviceability and supportability for Vue PACS. You’ll work with the Radiology Informatics team to translate customer and market needs into actionable requirements and business cases. You enable deployment velocity, system health visibility, and proactive monitoring while collaborating across R&D, commercial, and regulatory functions. This is a chance to shape how radiology IT supports patient care and operational excellence at Philips.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, quality, commercial, SSD) to guide lifecycle execution and go-to-market plans
• Lead market-facing activities from Genoa to shape serviceability strategy
• Drive deployment/upgrade velocity, stability, and proactive monitoring
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements
• 3+ years in Product Management or Product Implementation/Support Leadership
• Experience in leading/implementing serviceability, observability tools, proactive monitoring and system health visibility
• Experience developing product specs, business cases, and go-to-market plans
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, commercial, service, regulatory, quality and regional teams
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Preferred: experience in large services/support organizations; healthcare industry experience
