Velp Scientific is seeking a Product Manager focused on the Laboratory Equipment line. You will consolidate market intelligence and VoC, driving growth and collaborating with the PM Element Analyzer to build a strong PM team.

The role requires technical/scientific background and business acumen, with 3–5 years in the lab equipment sector. A global dealer-based sales approach and strong presentation skills are expected.

Competenze

• Ideally a technical/scientific background with business experience.
• Bachelor in biochemistry, biology, microbiology or related field.
• MBA or equivalent commercial experience.
• 3–5 years in a similar laboratory equipment industry.
• Experience selling globally through dealers.
• Product Manager experience is a plus; adjacent roles considered.

Mansioni

• Lead the definition phase: collect market intelligence and VoC with R&D.
• Coordinate with R&D during development; organize beta tests and cost targets.
• Lead the launch phase: develop plan with marketing and train sales; ensure availability.
• Retire products when new successors are launched.
• Monitor global sales by territory and identify underpenetration.
• Support sales in training events.
• Build networks with researchers and key accounts to inspire ideas.
• Support Marketing with competitive information.
• Contribute to annual strategy for Laboratory Equipment line.
