Inxpect is seeking a Product Manager to define new products and services for the industrial mobile robots sector, oversee go-to-market plans, and analyze market trends.

You will monitor market dynamics, collaborate with Sales and Engineering, and coordinate launches including promotions, webinars, and customer training, while acting as the bridge between development and market feedback. English fluency is required.

• 2+ years in product management, preferably in tech startups with hardware-based products in the industrial mobile robots market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the definition of new products and services in the industrial mobile robots sector, for their go to market process, as well as for the analysis of the related market trends.

Keys area of responsibility:

• Monitor industrial mobile robots market trends to propose changes applicable to our products and to develop new products/services;
• Work closely with other key managers, such as Sales and Engineering, driving the development of new products/services;
• Design, coordinate and control of the activities related to the market launch of each new product/service, including promotion, communication and customer/partner training (e.g. webinar).
• Manage customer feedback, acting as a primary interface between the technical development team and the market;

Requirements:

• Track record in the role (2+ years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products in the industrial mobile robots market
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
