Inxpect in Italy is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the definition of new products and services for industrial mobile machines. You will shape go-to-market strategies and analyze market trends to spot opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering to drive development, coordinate product launches, and manage customer feedback as the bridge between technology and the market. The role offers a permanent contract and a salary range reflecting junior to senior autonomy.

Competenze

• 2+ years in product management in hardware-focused industrial mobility.
• M.Sc. or equivalent degree.

Descrizione del lavoro

The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for the definition of new products and services in the industrial mobile machines sector, for their go to market process, as well as for the analysis of the related market trends.

Keys area of responsibility:

• Monitor industrial mobile machines market trends to propose changes applicable to our products and to develop new products/services;
• Work closely with other key managers, such as Sales and Engineering, driving the development of new products/services;
• Design, coordinate and control of the activities related to the market launch of each new product/service, including promotion, communication and customer/partner training (e.g. webinar).
• Manage customer feedback, acting as a primary interface between the technical development team and the market;

Requirements:

• Track record in the role (2+ years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products in the industrial mobile machines market
• M.Sc. or equivalent degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
• Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
