Evoca Group is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join the Marketing Team at its Valbrembo, Lombardy location. You will drive market insights, define product specs, and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through launch.

You hold a degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics, with at least four years in B2B product management, and fluent Italian and English. The role offers a permanent contract, smart working options, and a competitive gross salary starting from €35,000

Qualifications

• Degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics.
• At least 4 years of experience as a B2B Product Manager.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze market trends, consumer needs and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.
• Lead development of new products and variations with Sales, defining specs and business cases.
• Partner with R&D to translate market needs into product solutions.
• Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
• Serve as central contact for product-related activities across departments.
• Support Marketing in creating sales and promotional materials.
