Job summary

Evoca Group in Lombardy is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development initiatives, ensuring clear requirements, realistic plans, timely decisions and delivery against product performance, cost, quality and time-to-market targets.

The role works with Product Management, R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality and Value Engineering to evolve the current portfolio and develop new product families, managing scope, risk and interdependencies while

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept through design, validation, industrialisation, launch and post-launch.
• Build and manage the project plan, coordinating activities, resources, milestones and interdependencies.
• Ensure requirements are complete, measurable and technically feasible before commitments.
• Monitor deliverables, investment, risks and decisions, escalating gaps early.
• Manage scope and changes, assessing impact on timing, cost, quality and objectives.
• Ensure product performance, target cost, TCO, quality and sustainability objectives are considered.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes and governance.
