Evoca Group is a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines. We seek a dynamic Product Manager to join our Marketing Team and own product strategy from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with Sales and R&D, translate market insights into compelling product requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches. The role requires a degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics, 4+ years as a B2B Product Manager, and fluency in Italian

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent in business/engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a B2B Product Manager.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze market trends, consumer needs and competition to identify opportunities.
• Lead development of products and variations with Sales, define specs and business cases.
• Collaborate with R&D to translate market needs into product solutions.
• Coordinate product launches and monitor post-launch performance.
