Hashlist seeks a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program to bridge AI technology and large-scale engineering. You will identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

The role supports a hybrid working model with long-term engagement via EOR or freelance arrangements. You will drive PRDs, define success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI projects.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI Solutions Program. This role sits at the intersection of AI technology and large-scale engineering, helping a major OEM identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-based solutions across a global product development organization.

• Working model: Hybrid
• Engagement type: Long-term engagement via EOR (Employer of Record) or freelance

Responsibilities:

• Research problems and opportunities across the product development organization where AI could add value
• Receive, document, and prioritize requests for AI-based solutions across a portfolio of domains, capturing benefits, resources, risks, and strategic alignment
• Capture prioritized projects in structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including problem statements, success metrics, launch criteria, personas, use cases, and non-functional requirements
• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of a Solution Architect and a Project Manager
• Start up projects by engaging the Solution Architect, Project Manager, and key contributing teams
• Manage and be accountable for a portfolio of AI projects spanning multiple related domains
• Act as primary representative of the portfolio to the Program Director, communicating progress, escalating issues, and suggesting improvements
• Contribute to team strategy, planning, and processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• History of successful projects in a leadership role
• Ability to engage diverse teams, understand their needs, and convert them into structured, quantitative documents
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to turn vague expectations into measurable success metrics
• Ability to understand complex technical systems at a high level
• Functional understanding of AI/ML and software engineering concepts
