Job summary

Randstad Professional Italia is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the successful delivery of AI solutions for enterprise customers, turning ambitious AI initiatives into measurable outcomes. You will lead delivery of our platform and AI agents, scope requirements, coordinate implementations, and align cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones and SLAs.

Experience in technical program management and AI-driven transformation is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving forward.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset and interest in AI-driven products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

About our client: International scale up, enterprise AI operating system (AI OS) and multi-model infrastructure platform designed to build, deploy, manage, and scale autonomous AI agents across customer service, back-office, IT, and internal workflows.

Senior executive who owns our largest client relationships after the deal is signed. You take over from the Go-To-Market (GTM) once the pre-sale is done.

• Senior executive sponsor for each account in your portfolio, with a direct line to the client's CEO, CxOs, and business-unit heads
• Take over from the GTM lead at signing and own the account from then on
• Be accountable for delivery and impact across the account; the delivery and engagement leads run the workstreams day to day, you set the direction and hold them to it
• Define what impact means for each client, measure it, and make it visible to their leadership
• Treat every account as land-and-expand: identify the next problem worth solving, shape the proposal and bring it to decision with the client's senior team
• Build the multi-year view of where each account can go and the path to get there
• Coordinate with the dedicated GTM where one is still active so the client experiences one company, not two sales motions

Who we are looking for

• Associate Partner, Principal or equivalent at McKinsey, BCG, Bain or a comparable firm
• A track record of owning senior client relationships: you have been the person a CEO or CxO calls, not the one preparing the deck for that call
• Experience taking work from recommendation to implementation and being accountable for the result, not just the advice
• Proven ability to grow accounts: you have shaped follow-on work and sold it to existing clients
• Comfortable owning several large accounts in parallel, each with its own engagement lead and team reporting to you
• Strong commercial judgement: you understand how value is created for the client and how it translates into our business
• Exposure to technology-led or AI-led transformation is a strong plus
