Job summary

Ferring Pharmaceuticals in Italy is seeking a commercially driven Product Manager to lead marketing for our Specialty Brands portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will shape strategies, identify growth opportunities, and drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver sustainable performance.

The role requires 5–7 years in pharma marketing, strong strategic execution, Italian and English fluency, and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline or business/management.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical brand management and portfolio strategy.
• Experience in Gastroenterology or Pediatrics or Chronic Diseases is advantageous.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Veeva PromoMats and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of digital communication and omnichannel marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual marketing plan and multi-year strategic vision, in alignment with global and local business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor KPIs, sales data, and market trends to optimize investments and campaigns.
• Oversee product lifecycle, defining positioning, messaging, and action plans for specific audiences.
• Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams for coordinated project delivery.
• Develop promotional and omnichannel materials (traditional and digital) and coordinate campaigns and events.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific societies in gastroenterology and pediatrics.

• Strategic Planning:Design and execute the annual marketing plan and multi-year strategic vision, in alignment with global and local businessobjectives.

• Promotional & Omnichannel Marketing:Develop promotional and scientific materials (both traditional and digital,focusing on quality and impact and gathering insights from the market), coordinate omnichannel initiatives, digital campaigns, and CME/scientific events.
• Stakeholder & KOL Engagement:Proactively build andmaintainhigh-level scientific relationships with top clinical experts (KOLs) in gastroenterology andpediatrics, while developing andconsolidatingpartnership withscientific societies and PAGs.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including annual gross salary starting from €55,000, permanent employment under the Italian Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL, Quadro A3 level. The final package will be tailored based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
