Dürr Systems Italy S.P.A. is seeking a Product Management Specialist for AGV/AMR solutions in Beinasco (Turin). This permanent, full-time role reports to Senior Manager Sales.

You will manage the AGV/AMR product portfolio through its lifecycle and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and global Product Management to align market needs with product capabilities. The position requires a Master’s degree in a technical field and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Italian and English

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Automation, Intralogistics, AGV/AMR or related environments.
• Strong technical understanding of automated production, intralogistics, AGV/AMR systems or industrial automation solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional and international project environments.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Gross annual salary range: From 40.000 to 48.000 euros/annual

Reports to: Senior Manager Sales Manager Application Engineering

YOUR TASKS

• Support the management and continuous development of the AGV / AMR product portfolio throughout the complete product lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize customer, market and internal requirements and translate them into product improvements and development initiatives.
• Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and potential risks.
• Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering and RD, Operations and global Product Management teams to ensure alignment between market requirements and product capabilities.
• Support the preparation of business cases, pricing strategies and product positioning activities.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions to better understand customer requirements and future market needs.
• Support the creation of marketing, sales and training materials related to AGV products and solutions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve competitiveness, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the standardization of AGV solutions and the development of scalable product offerings.

YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable technical discipline.
• First professional experience (2-5 years) in Product Management, Application Engineering, Automation, Intralogistics, AGV/AMR Systems or related technical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of automated production, intralogistics, AGV/AMR systems or industrial automation solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international project environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent Italian and English skills; additional languages such as German are considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
