Dürr Systems Italy S.P.A. is seeking a Product Management Specialist for AGV/AMR solutions in Beinasco (Turin). This permanent, full-time role reports to Senior Manager Sales.

You will manage the AGV/AMR product portfolio through its lifecycle and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and global Product Management to align market needs with product capabilities. The position requires a Master’s degree in a technical field and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Italian and English

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Application Engineering, Automation, Intralogistics, AGV/AMR or related environments.
• Strong technical understanding of automated production, intralogistics, AGV/AMR systems or industrial automation solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional and international project environments.
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Support the management and continuous development of the AGV / AMR product portfolio across the lifecycle.
• Gather, analyze and prioritize customer, market and internal requirements into product improvements.
• Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses to identify trends and risks.
• Support the definition and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, RD, Operations and global Product Management to align market needs with capabilities.
• Assist in business cases, pricing strategies and product positioning.
• Attend customer meetings, workshops and technical discussions to understand future needs.
• Create marketing, sales and training materials for AGV products and solutions.
• Monitor product performance and advise on improvements to competitiveness and profitability.
• Contribute to standardization and scalable offerings of AGV solutions.
