Haleon in Italy is seeking a Quality Technical Writer to oversee product lifecycle processes, including PPRs, trends, and CAPA, across the site. The role requires pharmaceutical or related experience and strong documentation discipline.

The position reports to QA-related leadership within the site, with duties spanning data collection, analysis, and reporting in line with GMP and quality guidelines. Salary range is disclosed and locality matters are considered in the final offer.

Competenze

• B. Pharm, Pharm D, or MSc or 5+ years in pharma or food industry.
• Excellent influential skills, quick decision making and clear communications.

Mansioni

• Follow quality system procedures for PPRs and trends.
• Act as SME for EUxBU processes and influence stakeholders.
• Compile PPRs and trends within established timelines.
• Retrieve data from VQMS and SAP for investigations and CAPA.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely and compliant PPRs.
• Archive PPRs and supporting docs in VQDocs.
