In this role you will oversee evaluations, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvement, using measurement tools and test rigs to gather precise data.

Your Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Testing Specialist to join our R&D team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). You will ensure the reliability of our products by designing and executing comprehensive testing protocols for mechanical components and systems.

In this role, you'll oversee evaluations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, guaranteeing that all products meet functional and reliability requirements before market release.

Your Impact

La Figura, Inserita All'interno Dell'area R&D, Si Occuperà Di

• Fabbricare parti per la costruzione di attrezzature e setup di prova, anche con l’utilizzo di macchine utensili (tornio parallelo, fresa, trapano a colonna, troncatrice, saldatrice, etc..)
• Assemblare componenti o sottosistemi da sottoporre a prova
• Installare dei prodotti o sottosistemi da testare all’interno delle macchine di prova (simulatori/banchi)
• Allestire dei setup di misura per la taratura delle macchine di prova
• Condurre delle prove, gestire delle misure e delle informazioni rilevate in corso di test

About You

• Persona dinamica, curiosa ed appassionata al settore meccanico e meccatronico
• Diplomato Istituto Tecnico Industriale o Professionale (indirizzo meccanica)
• Conoscenza del disegno tecnico industriale
• Conoscenze di base di tecnologia meccanica, strumenti e metodi di misura
• Utilizzo di macchine utensili con livello medio/base (tornio parallelo, fresa)
• Ottima padronanza delle comuni attrezzature di officina (es. utensili manuali ed elettroutensili)
• Competenze medie nell’uso del computer (fogli di calcolo Excel, documenti Word)
• Buone doti relazionali e capacità di lavorare in gruppo

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €40,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
