Franklin Electric EMENA is seeking an engineer to join the EMEA Engineering team in Dueville, Italy, focusing on pump and submersible motor design. You will guide projects from concept to release and collaborate with teams in Turkey and Germany to meet certifications and performance standards.

You will define drawings, tolerances, and technical documentation, create 3D models, and support manufacturing, sales and quality teams on product issues. English fluency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of design experience in Engineering or R&D.
• Experience with 3D modeling (Creo, Pro/E and/or SolidWorks) is beneficial.
• Experience in compliance matters such as IEC/ATEX is a plus.

• Lead New Product Development projects from a technical perspective.

• Propose improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Create 3D models for new products or changes.
• Define drawings and documentation with tolerances.
