Acqua di Parma is seeking a proactive Product Development Assistant to join our HQ team in Italy. You will support the creation and management of purchase orders, assist with budget tracking, and coordinate with suppliers to keep packaging and cosmetic formula development on track.

You will prepare presentations for international meetings and events, analyze Sell-In/Sell-Out data for Colonia and Blu Mediterraneo, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results with

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills and excellent organization.
• Proactive, analytical, detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects with agility.
• Interest in Beauty/Lifestyle/Luxury goods; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus.

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the Product Development Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,

the key responsibilities are:

• Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
• Support the team in the preparation of presentationsfor international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
• Operational support in Packaging development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers
• Operational support in cosmetic formula development,coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.
• Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysisof Colonia & Blu Mediterraneo product lines to support strategic insights and follow up of new launches of the above lines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills
• Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership
• Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods
• Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
