Acqua di Parma in Italy seeks a detail-oriented professional to support the lifecycle of beauty product initiatives, coordinating orders, budgets, and internal processes. You will assist in preparing presentations for international meetings, brand events, and daily activities, and provide operational support in packaging and cosmetic formula development, coordinating with suppliers.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering or related field.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
Interest in Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Mansioni

Support creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking and service order follow-up.
Prepare presentations for international meetings, shootings, brand events, and daily activities.
Operational support in packaging development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers.
Operational support in cosmetic formula development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations; upload related documentation in the LVMH system.
Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out analysis of Colonia & Blu Mediterraneo to support strategic insights and launches.
