Eletech is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee projects from concept to production transfer, coordinating people and processes to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.

You will support business development through proposals and customer presentations, manage risks, monitor milestones, and coach junior PMs while driving continuous improvement in an electronics design environment in Lombardy, Italy.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience as Project Manager.
• Support commercial offers with cost estimations and strategies.
• Verify progress of orders in line with quality standards, budgets and timelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Prepare offers and development proposals with support from quotation team (cost estimations, strategies, etc.).
• Negotiate with the Customer.
• Support Business Development activities.
• Manage project teams and resources; monitor risks, issues and milestones.
• Prepare internal project reporting and coordinate feedback collection.
• Participate in discussions with customers and record feedback; ensure improvement actions.
