INTERCOS SPA is seeking a Product Development Intern at its Olgiate Comasco site to assist in envisioning and developing new beauty concepts across Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care and Fragrance.

The role involves supporting PD teams with documentation, textures, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver samples for customer meetings and events. Fluent English and Italian, plus strong MS Office skills, are expected.

Competenze

• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Support the Product Development Teams across Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care and Fragrances with daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Engineering, Production, Planning, Regulatory and Creative teams to ensure samples are delivered on time.
• Participate in texture evaluations and product testing, documenting feedback and supporting texture approvals.
• Explore new trends and market insights, bringing ideas to the team.
• Prepare product concepts, presentations and marketing/event materials in English.
• Contribute to products and concepts that can be showcased at international beauty events.
