Job summary

Intercos Spa invites a motivated Intern to join the Product Development BU Scent and Care at the Olgiate Comasco site. You will assist PD teams across Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care and Fragrances, contributing to concept development, texture testing and market insights.

The role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional collaboration, from R&D to marketing, with responsibilities in preparing concepts and materials in English.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Good proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Social Media, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player in a dynamic environment while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support PD Teams across Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Personal Care and Fragrance with daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with R&D, Packaging, Engineering, Production, Planning, Regulatory and Creative teams to ensure projects and samples are delivered on time.
• Assist in texture evaluations and product testing, documenting feedback and supporting texture approvals.
• Explore trends and market insights with Strategic Marketing, bringing new ideas to the team.
• Prepare product concepts, presentations and marketing/event materials in English.
