HEAD WATERSPORTS SPA, divisione HEAD Group, cerca un/una Product Development Intern per supportare lo sviluppo di abbigliamento ciclismo Le Col, basato in Milano. Avrai un ruolo chiave nel ciclo di vita del prodotto tecnico ad alte performance.

Lo stage di 6 mesi offre formazione in gestione dati, BOM e collaborazione con Design, Merchandising e Produzione, con sede a Milano e retribuzione di 6.000 € totali.

Competenze

• Formazione in Fashion Design, Textile Technology o campi affini.
• Conoscenza di costruzione di capi e materiali tecnici.
• Competenza in Excel e Pacchetto Adobe.
• Fluenza in inglese.
• Passione per ciclismo o abbigliamento tecnico apprezzata.

Mansioni

• Supporto gestione campioni e documentazione tecnica.
• Aggiornare Bolle/BOM e dati prodotto in sistemi PLM/ERP.
• Coordinarsi con fornitori e team interni per rispettare i tempi di sviluppo.
• Monitorare lo stato di sviluppo per consegna di abbigliamento tecnico.

As a leading global player in the sports equipment industry, HEAD offers exciting opportunities for ambitious talents. We are currently seeking a Product Development Intern for our cycling apparel brand, Le Col.

Based in our Milano office, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Development team across the entire lifecycle of high-performance technical apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sample management and technical documentation.
• Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage product data in PLM/ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Production) to ensure development timelines are met.
• Monitor development status to support the successful delivery of high-performance cycling apparel.

Candidate Requirements

• Education in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge of garment construction and technical materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Package.
• Fluency in English.
• A genuine passion for cycling or technical performance apparel is highly desirable.

Pay range and compensation package

Internship duration: 6 months

Work location: Milano
