Head Watersports cerca un Intern per lo sviluppo prodotto presso il marchio di abbigliamento Le Col. L'incarico supporta l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto tecnico per abbigliamento ciclistico ad alte prestazioni, in Milano.

Il candidato ideale ha formazione in design o tecnologia tessile, conoscenza delle tecniche di costruzione, Excel e Adobe, e una passione per il ciclismo. Durata stage 6 mesi, location Milano e retribuzione complessiva di 6.000 €.

Competenze

• Formazione in Fashion Design, Textile Technology o campi correlati.
• Conoscenza di costruzione del capo e materiali tecnici.
• Competenza in Excel e pacchetto Adobe.
• Fluenza in inglese.

Mansioni

• Supporto gestione campioni e documentazione tecnica.
• Aggiornare BOM e dati prodotto in PLM/ERP.
• Interfacciarsi con fornitori e team interni (Design, Merchandising, Produzione).
• Monitorare lo stato di sviluppo per consegnare capi ciclismo ad alte prestazioni.

As a leading global player in the sports equipment industry, HEAD offers exciting opportunities for ambitious talents. We are currently seeking a Product Development Intern for our cycling apparel brand, Le Col.

Based in our Milano office, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Development team across the entire lifecycle of high-performance technical apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sample management and technical documentation.
• Update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage product data in PLM/ERP systems.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Production) to ensure development timelines are met.
• Monitor development status to support the successful delivery of high-performance cycling apparel.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related fields.
• Foundational knowledge of garment construction and technical materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Package.
• Fluency in English.
• A genuine passion for cycling or technical performance apparel is highly desirable.

Pay range and compensation package

Internship duration: 6 months

Work location: Milano

Total compensation: €6,000.
