Alpitronic Srl in Bolzano, Italy seeks a seasoned Competitive Intelligence professional to monitor the landscape, perform teardowns, and deliver strategic insights for product development and IP assessments.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to create battle cards and roadmap recommendations, leveraging lab resources to benchmark architectures and suppliers. Fluency in English, German, or Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Management Engineering.
• Several years of experience in Competitive Intelligence and Product Teardown methodologies.
• Strong experience in the charging infrastructure industry; IP landscape assessment is a plus.
• High initiative, strong execution skills, and a results-oriented working style.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of Product Management and Project Management.
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian are a plus.

Mansioni

• Actively monitor the competitive landscape, including hardware, software, user experience, connectivity, and service ecosystem analysis, while building and maintaining a competitive benchmarking database.
• Identify competitive differentiators and gaps compared to Alpitronic products, providing the Product Marketing team with relevant insights to support new features and product development.
• Prepare and maintain benchmarking materials and battle cards for the Sales team, helping to strengthen and disseminate knowledge of Alpitronic’s key USPs.
• Leverage technical teams and laboratory resources to propose and coordinate competitor product teardowns, benchmarking product architecture, key components and suppliers, cost drivers, design choices, serviceability, maintainability, and user experience.
• Generate periodic competitive and technology assessment reports, providing recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and strategic investment decisions.
• Actively support the Intellectual Property team by providing market and technical insights, as well as competitive intelligence inputs to support patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments.
• Contribute to the Corporate Strategy process by providing relevant competitive insights to identify best practices, risks, and opportunities at the product level.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Total compensation starting from € 64.000 gross per year, including a 30% variable bonus based on goal achievement
