Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Product & Application HFH professional to provide technical expertise and application support for Alfa Laval solutions. You will act as the main technical link between customers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders, supporting projects and identifying optimal solutions.

You will participate in customer projects, meetings, site visits, and technical discussions, delivering tailored presentations and value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in technical support or product/application engineering is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and thermal/hygienic fluid handling preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy and application support for Alfa Laval products.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to identify suitable solutions.
• Support customer projects, meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
• Assist in quotation and proposal processes with technical specs and sizing.
• Deliver product presentations and value-driven solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines.
• Work with Sales, Service, Engineering and Product Management to identify needs.
• Contribute to continuous product and application improvement.
