allnex seeks a Procurement Specialist to join our Romano d’Ezzelino site on a temporary, 0.75 FTE basis. You will ensure cost-effective and high-quality indirect goods and services, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Site Leadership to align procurement strategies with business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Sourcing in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

At allnex, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Romano d’Ezzelino. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality supply of indirect goods and services that keep our operations running smoothly. Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Site Leadership, you will help align procurement strategies with business needs and support critical site objectives. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to regional sourcing initiatives across EMEA, giving you exposure to an international environment and the chance to make a broader business impact.

This is temporary and part‑time (0.75) role, 1 year contract.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply of indirect goods and services for our Romano d’Ezzelino production site.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to achieving regional savings targets through Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, SHE, Maintenance, and Site Leadership teams.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market and supplier analyses to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen sourcing decisions.
• Support the implementation of regional procurement strategies and best practices across assigned categories.
• Track procurement performance, savings initiatives, and supplier KPIs to deliver measurable business value.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Sourcing, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience sourcing indirect goods and services is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is an advantage.
