AbbVie seeks a Senior Specialist, Procurement Operations, Site Business Enablement to drive source-to-contract processes aligned with business goals and industry best practices. You will ensure policy compliance, support supplier diversity and sustainability, and manage vendor records and open orders across sites.

The role requires proactive collaboration with procurement, legal and site colleagues, mentoring junior staff and delivering process excellence in day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related business or operations function.
• Experience in source to contract, requisition to pay and negotiation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
• Proficiency in SAP/S4Hana preferred.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, direct materials preferred.
• Innovative problem-solving skills with clear communication at all levels.
• Autonomous work ethic with accountability for results.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload across multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate cross-divisional work.
• Multilingual preferred.

• Be a subject matter expert over Procurement processes across multiple categories.
• Lead development and deployment of process efficiency projects in Procure-to-Pay.
• Execute procurement, sourcing and contracting with accuracy and compliance.
