W Executive S.R.L. is seeking a Purchasing Manager for the Dubai branch within an international manufacturing group.

You will own procurement, oversee direct/indirect materials, MRO, spare parts, and lead a team of buyers and planners to ensure uninterrupted operations. Reporting to the Italian General Manager, the role combines strategic governance with hands-on execution, focusing on supplier base optimization, cost control, and alignment with group objectives, including budgeting and

Competenze

Degree in engineering, economics or related disciplines.
Proven experience in procurement roles within industrial/manufacturing settings.
Advanced ERP proficiency, ideally as key user for Material Management.

Mansioni

Define procurement strategy for direct and indirect materials, MRO and services.
Optimize supplier base through structured scouting, qualification and negotiation.
Oversee MRP processes, item master data and material classification standards.
Manage contracts, negotiations and compliance across categories.
Lead, coach and develop the procurement and warehouse team.
Monitor budget performance and cost control for major expense categories.
Collaborate with production, maintenance and supply chain to ensure continuity.
