Knauf Italia is seeking a Procurement Intern to support sourcing activities and assist in purchase requests in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain supplier records while collaborating with multiple teams on timely purchasing processes.

Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are preferred, with a degree in economics, business, or related fields or current studies.

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Currently studying towards one.
• Strong numerical and data-analysis skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Fluent Italian and good English proficiency.

Mansioni

• support sourcing activities, including supplier research, quotation collection, and comparison of offers
• assist in processing and following up on purchase requests
• analyze procurement data to identify trends and savings opportunities
• prepare and update reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Procurement Manager
• maintain procurement records and supplier information in internal systems
• coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing processes
• provide day-to-day administrative support to buyers
