Knauf Italia is seeking a Procurement Intern to support sourcing activities and assist in purchase requests in a dynamic, international manufacturing environment. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and maintain supplier records while collaborating with multiple teams on timely purchasing processes.

Fluency in Italian and a good level of English are preferred, with a degree in economics, business, or related fields or current studies.

What you’ll be doing:

• support sourcing activities, including supplier research, quotation collection, and comparison of commercial offers;
• assist in the preparation, processing, and follow-up of purchase requests in line with internal procedures;
• analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and areas for process improvement;
• prepare and update reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Procurement Manager;
• maintain procurement records, documentation, and supplier-related information in internal systems;
• coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate purchasing processes;
• provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the buyers.

What we’d love for you to have:

• degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or currently studying towards one;
• good analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data;
• good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams;
• fluent Italian and a good level of English.
